A semiconductor integration circuit for improving layout efficiency through the configuration change of the main word line is provided to improve layout efficiency by removing a floating prevention unit for controlling the unselected sub word line signal. A semiconductor integration circuit comprises a upper and lower part mats(410,420) and upper and lower part main word lines. The upper and lower part main word lines are arranged in order to control the operation of the even column of the upper part mat and the lower part mat. The even column sub word line and the odd column sub word line controlled with the lower part main word line are by turns arranged in the upper mat controlled with the top main word line. The even column sub word line and the odd column sub word line controlled with the upper main word line are arranged in the lower part mat controlled with the lower part main word line.
