A hydraulic hose and the power source cable installation structure is provided, which is built in the refraction fire ladder engine performing lifesaving activity. A multi-stage boom part in which the hydraulic hose and power source cable are built comprises an inside boom stand(100), a middle boom stand(200), an outside boom stand(300) extended in the longitudinal direction, a cylinder(400) installed in the structure of being drawn out, a hydraulic hose installed at the inner side, and a power source cable. The hydraulic hose and power source cable pass through the bracket(10) for the prevention of drooping in the longitudinal direction.
