<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing color filter capable suppressing color irregularity, uneven density and stripe irregularity on respective parts. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing color filter 1 includes an ink supplying step on the basis of a drawing data. The ink supplying step is performed by detecting a prescribed physical factor concerning a droplet ejection apparatus; ejecting the droplets of the ink according to an inkjet method from nozzles of a droplet ejection head on the basis of the drawing data when the predetermined physical factor falls out of an acceptable range; supplying the ink to the cells on the substrate for test; detecting the amount of the ink in each cell 14 on the substrate for test; performing a correction data preparation step in which the correction data to be used for adjusting the number of droplets of the ink supplied to the cells 14 is prepared so that the amount of the ink in each cell 14 on the substrate 11 may get to a target value on the basis of the detection result; correcting the drawing data by the correction data; and using the drawing data after the correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
