<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display method in which visible or invisible display is possible by a low-cost, simple device constitution, and which is suitable for judgement of truth or falsehood, and to provide a card using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the image display method by display elements where an electric field is applied to a space between opposite electrodes, and each image is displayed by the reversible change of a substance between the electrodes, the display elements are composed of a pair of electrodes, and the image display method comprises: a stage where each latent image is irreversibly formed; and a stage where, in accordance with whether an electric field is applied or not, the latent image is made visible or invisible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
