<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated core for ignition coils, excellent in material yield and productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a laminated core 10 for ignition coils having a circular or polygonal shape in cross section in multiple arrays includes forming core pieces 12 for ignition coils of different widths where caulking portions 13 are formed from a magnetic strip material 17 which is press-processed, and stacking the core pieces 12 through the caulking portions 13. In the method, when one group of core pieces 12 are punched and stacked to have gradually increasing widths in the direction of lamination, the adjacent other group of core pieces 12 are punched and stacked to have gradually decreasing widths in the direction of lamination. When the one group of core pieces 12 are punched and stacked to have gradually decreasing widths in the direction of lamination, the adjacent other group of core pieces 12 are punched and stacked to have gradually increasing widths in the direction of lamination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
