<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin-based resin having an excellent bonding property to a hardly adhering base substrate by using a simple device and an easy method, a composition containing the resin, and its sheet and a film-shaped molded article. <P>SOLUTION: This modified polyolefin-based resin composition is obtained by graft-reacting (b) an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer and (c) an aromatic vinyl monomer or further (d) a (meth)acrylate monomer with (a) a polyolefin-based resin, wherein the amount of the heat of fusion ranges from 1 to 100 J/g and the melting point ranges from 80 to 190°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
