<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a commutator, capable of reducing wasting of materials and improving yield, and to provide a commutator and an armature. <P>SOLUTION: Wire connection claws 6 made of an independent different member are each fixed on each of commutator pieces 11 of the commutator 5.
