<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of performing a below-freezing point starting without enlarging a diluting device to dilute an anode off-gas. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 1 is provided with an OCV purge execution part 42 which replaces a gas remaining inside a fuel cell 10 by supplying newly an anode gas to the fuel cell 10 with a supply device 20 at the time of starting. Further, the fuel cell system 1 is provided with a low-temperature starting decision part 41 which decides whether to start the fuel cell 10 at a low-temperature or to start normally based on a fuel cell temperature T detected by a fuel cell temperature sensor 11, and when the fuel cell 10 is started at a low temperature, the OCV purge action part 42 increases the total replacement quantity of the gas remaining inside the fuel cell 10 while reducing the pressure of the anode gas supplied newly with the supply device 20 compared with the case in which the fuel cell 10 is started normally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
