<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel that can be manufactured easily at a lower cost while maintaining higher reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell panel includes a translucent substrate 1, a cell layer 2, a bus bar 5, a waterproof sheet 6, a filling layer 3, a protective layer 4, and an electrode 8. The cell layer 2 is provided on the translucent substrate 1. The bus bar 5 is provided to each electrode of the cell layer 2. The waterproof sheet 6 is formed by laminating a metal film 23 and an insulating film 21 including a first aperture 21a on the bus bar 5 in this order. The filling layer 3 is provided on the cell layer 2, bus bar 5 and waterproof sheet 6. The protective layer 4 is provided on the filling layer 3 with inclusion of a second aperture 4a larger than the first aperture 21a at the upper part of the first aperture 21a. The electrode 8 is connected, at its one end, to a metal film 23 exposed to the first aperture 21a, with the other end led out from the second aperture 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
