<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microwave oven-use instant cooked rice prepared by addition of raw rice and ingredients which are cooked by merely being heated in a microwave oven. <P>SOLUTION: The microwave oven-use instant cooked rice prepared by addition of raw rice and ingredients is produced through the processes which include washing hauled fish and shellfish; eliminating mud, sand and the like; subjecting the fish and shellfish to heating treatment; processing the fish and shellfish into edible sizes to be formed into a food material; packaging a proper amount of the food material with a packaging bag, according to the number of persons; rapidly freezing the packaged food material as it is while packaged; subjecting the food material to heating treatment again; cooling the heated food material cooling the heated food material, as it is, while being packaged; putting the processed rice moisturized through, being subjected to rice which is washed and soaked in water so as to be cooked rapidly, and seasoning liquid; and mixing food material to be formed into a mixture food material; subjecting the mixture food material to vacuum packaging, as a commercial product; and re-freezing the vacuum-packaged mixture food for long-term storage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
