<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share the information of unpaid expelled persons in a lease property business between undertakers, and to utilize it as credit information in the move-in examination of a new move-in candidate, and to, when the inquired person is the registered unpaid expelled person in the case of credit inquiry, perform loan collection under the conditions of notification to a creditor and opt-out processing. <P>SOLUTION: A system is constructed to distribute lease property new tenant credit information by utilizing a lease property unpaid expelled person information database, and to perform unpaid loan collection under the conditions of the opt-out processing when any unpaid expelled person is found out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
