PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multilayer substrate and a method of producing a multilayer ceramic substrate which can reduce the drawing space in each substrate. SOLUTION: In a LTCC multilayer substrate 11 constituted of each LTCC substrate 13, a dot 25 constituting a code pattern 20 obtained by converting manufacturing information is disposed in each different interlayer of LTCC substrate 13. Also, the manufacturing method of LTCC multilayer substrate 11 includes a drawing process of: discharging liquid drops of a conductive ink to a plurality of green sheets in order to draw a liquid circuit pattern for forming a circuit element on the drawing surface of the green sheet; and discharging liquid drops of the ink to draw a liquid code pattern for forming a code pattern, in which manufacturing information is coded, on the area for code drawing arranged on the green sheet.
