PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge an operator of an image forming apparatus to make necessary adjustment. SOLUTION: When setting operation to the effect that an adjustment for one or a plurality of adjustment items of the image forming apparatus is needed, is performed through an operation part (step S13), a control part generates adjustment requesting information showing that the adjustment for each adjustment item is needed, and adds the adjustment requesting information to job information and stores it in a storage part (step S15).
