PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film for head-up display by which excellent visibility such visibility even when using a polarization sun glass, by lowering the reflection on the outer surface of glass even in the rain and enhancing the reflection on a display surface, the head-up display and a moving body. SOLUTION: The optical film for head-up display includes a first optical layer for converting the polarizing surface of incident light by 90°, a second optical layer for converting the polarizing surface of incident light by 90°and an intermediate optical layer held between the first optical layer and the second optical layer and having refractive index different from that of both of the first optical layer and the second optical layer.
