PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor structure of a balcony, which can suppress or eliminate a difference in level between a floor surface of a habitable room and that of the balcony. SOLUTION: The balcony 10 is installed adjacently to an upper story-side building unit 14, on a lower story-side building unit 12. A pair of balcony floor beams 44 of a balcony floor frame 48 is arranged in such a manner as to get into the inside of a pair of ceiling girders 18 of the lower story-side building unit 12, so that a floor surface 11 of the balcony 10 can be set almost flush with that 15 of the upper story-side building unit 14.
