PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing toilet seat device which allows the user to carry out suitable maintenance and repair of equipment by displaying conditions of the equipment and detailed information of a failure. SOLUTION: The washing toilet seat device is formed of a washing means 2 for washing the private parts of the human body, a control means 3, a display means 4 for displaying control conditions, an operating means 5, a monitoring means 6 for monitoring the conditions of the control means 3, a memory means 7 for storing monitoring information therein, and a communication means 8 for transmitting/receiving a signal to/from a transmitting/receiving device 9 outside a washing seat 1. Thus by determining the conditions monitored by the monitoring means 6 beforehand in detail, detailed information and a failure state of the equipment of the washing toilet seat 1 can be checked.
