PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet supply device capable of performing true fine adjustment in width alignment of paper sheets. SOLUTION: This paper supply device comprises a paper feeding part 4 to be loaded with paper sheets in a bottom surface 38 thereof and a paper sheet width aligning member slidably supported by the bottom surface so as to abut on side end parts of the paper sheets. The width aligning member comprises a first cursor 42 capable of abutting on a side end part of the paper sheet, a second cursor 40 interlocked with sliding operation of the first cursor, a third cursor 48 arranged between the first cursor and the second cursor so as to abut on the other side part of the paper sheets, and a fine adjusting means 60 for finely sliding the third cursor 3 relative to the first cursor.
