PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a packing operation and a disassembling operation. SOLUTION: A cushioning apparatus 30 for packing has first to sixth cushioning parts 31-36 formed so as to cover a bottom part, a first side part, an upper part and a second side part of a member 10 to be packed, regulating parts 37 and 38 for coming into contact with a third side part and a fourth side part of the member 10 to be packed and regulating movement of the member 10 to be packed, and supporting parts 50 projecting from the cushioning parts 32, 34 and 36 and supporting the load of the member 10 to be packed when the member 10 to be packed is stored under a vertical condition.
