PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail structure for a slide door of a vehicle suppressing water staying on the top of an upper wall portion of the guide rail having substantially a C-shaped cross-section opened to the outside in the vehicle width direction. SOLUTION: A lower guide rail 4 is provided so as to extend in the vehicle longitudinal direction and is formed in substantially C-shaped cross-section that is open toward the outside in the vehicle width direction. A watering port 12 for introducing water flowing along a side sill outer panel 7a into the lower guide rail 4 is formed in at least one of a deeper wall portion 4d and an upper wall portion 4b of the lower guide rail 4 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction.
