PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an outside part of the welded part in a processed material on the side not given vibration from floating up from a tool surface. SOLUTION: A groove 6 is provided on the surface of a lower tool 5 and a coated urethane resin 4 so as to surround welding parts M of processed materials W1 and W2, and an O-ring 7 is fitted in the groove 6. A suction groove 8 is provided on the surface of the lower tool 5 and the coated urethane resin 4 along the inside of the O-ring 7, and the suction groove 8 is communicated to a suction hole 9 bored in the lower tool 5.
