PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection molding capable of producing a thin-wall resin molded article without underfill from a thermoplastic resin composition having high thermal conductivity, and high melting temperature and high flow stop temperature, and shortening a production cycle time. SOLUTION: The mold 10 for injection molding includes insertion cores 22, 42 having a cavity 30 to be formed in mold bases 12, 32. The mold base 12 has a hot sprue 15, the insertion core 22 has a cold spool 23 which communicates to the hot sprue 15 at one end side and communicates to the cavity 30 at the other end side, and the insertion cores 22, 42 have piping 24, 44 for heating/cooling which changeably flow a heating medium and a cooling medium, and electrothermal heaters 26, 46 exclusively for heating.
