MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ELECTRODE OF FLAT PANEL DISPLAY

An electrode formation method of a flat panel display for simply and efficiently forming the electrode is provided to make the formation thickness of the electrode uniform without additional process. A photosensitive paste(120) is coated on a substrate(110). A photomask(130) having the desired pattern for the electrode metallization is arranged to the lower part of the substrate. The laser is irradiated from the lower part of photomask to the substrate and the photosensitive paste is solidified according to the desired pattern. A part which is shielded to photomask and is unhardened is developed to the predetermined developer.
