This aims to provide an electrically stimulating outfit which is easily fitted on a human body and which can give electric stimulations of high effects. The electrically stimulating outfit comprises electrodes (11, 12, 21, 22 and 23) for transmitting electric signals outputted from an electric-signal outputting device (80), to a human body, and spats (30) having those electrodes mounted thereon and fitted on the lower half of the human body. In the fitted state of the spats (30), the electrodes (11 and 12) are arranged in directions along the muscular fibers of the front side of the human body, and the electrodes (21, 22 and 23) are arranged in directions along the muscular fibers of the back side of the human body.
