<p>The subject of the present invention is novel 4-phenyl-1,3-azole derivatives of general formula (I) in which R1, R2, R3, R4, X, A, B and n are variable, in racemic or enantiomer form or any combinations of these forms. These compounds exhibit an affinity for cannabinoid receptors and are therefore capable of being used as medicaments for treating or preventing pathological states and diseases in which one or more of these receptors is (are) involved. The invention also concerns pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and the use thereof for the preparation of a medicament.</p> |
