<p>A display device and an electronic device are provided to remove the light reflected form the most surface of the display device or a protective cover. A display device comprises one or more display cells, one or more light-receiving cells, a lighting-emitting unit and one or more transparent plates(23). The display cells have a display circuit. The light-receiving cells comprise a light-receiving element. The lighting-emitting unit operates so as to irradiate the light to a display surface side. The transparent plates are arranged in front of the display device. An anti-reflective layer(29) is formed on the most surface of the display device.</p> |
