A water savable flash valve is provided to improve water saving effect by ejecting the fixed quantity of washing water even in case a button is continuously pressed or is pressed in many times. A water savable flash valve comprises a body(100), an operation valve(200) and an operating unit(300). The body comprises a top cover(140), an inlet port(110), an actuator port(130), and an outlet port(120). The operation valve comprises a packing(250), an operation lever opening and closing an operating flow path(220) and a cleaning water inlet(230). The operating unit comprises an actuator body(320), a stopper, an operation bar(310) and a handle(330). The stopper is formed on the end of the actuator body. The operation bar is formed inside the actuator body. The handle operates the operation bar. The actuator body comprises a through hole and an operation spring(324).
