CIRCULAR-PILE KNIT FABRIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREOF FOR ARTIFICIAL FUR

A circular-pile product for artificial fur using functional microfiber, a manufacturing method and apparatus thereof are provided to offer high soft touch and light weight and to reduce energy for a process and wastewater generated in the process. A manufacturing apparatus of a circular-pile product for artificial fur using functional microfiber comprises the following steps of: preparing draw textured yarns and functional yarns; developing circular knit structure; weaving the yarns; performing thermal setting on the yarns; performing a cation dyeing process; and performing an emulsion process. The DTY yarns are general DTY 100/192. The functional yarn is cation dyeable yarn 140/144. The DTY yarns and the cation dyeable yarn are weaved with a ration of 4:6. The combination and orders of process about polishing, tumble, sharing etc are determined according to a shape of circular knit pile yarns.
