<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call transmission device capable of extending battery lifetime by suppressing the consumption of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: In the incoming call transmission device, a transmitter 10 intermittently monitors a radio wave generated by a mobile phone C0, and when detecting the radio wave, the transmitter 10 transmits the radio wave to a receiver 20, However, when continuously detecting radio waves, the transmitter 10 does not transmit the radio waves in the second and succeeding detection. The receiver 20 intermittently monitors a radio wave generated by the transmitter 10, and when detecting the radio wave, the receiver 20 checks an inherent ID included in the radio wave and performs an incoming call notification operation if it is an inherent ID of the transmitter 10 to be a pair. Then, the consumption of the battery can be suppressed because both the transmitter and the receiver intermittently monitor radio waves.
