<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type piezoelectric actuator element which can significantly reduce the possibility of causing disconnections, or the like, even when driving for a long term at a high speed, as compared with conventional types, and which can improve the durability. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of slits 6 are formed vertical with respect to a laminating direction at side faces of both sides of a laminate 5. Lateral electrodes 7 and 8 are formed at the side faces of both sides of the laminate 5. The lateral electrodes 7 and 8 are isolated by the slits 6, with each block being divided in the laminating direction. A pair of external electrodes 11 and 12 are attached firmly to surfaces of the lateral electrodes 7 and 8 via solder layers 9 and 10, and the lateral electrodes 7 and 8 of each block are made electrically continuing, individually. Reed electrodes 13 and 14, regarded as voltage-supplying members, are firmly attached to the lateral electrodes 7 and 8 of the blocks of the lowest bottom side via the solder layers 9 and 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
