<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch complex with bearings embodied with a smaller number of component parts and capable of preventing a lubricating grease for the bearings and clutch from leaking to outside. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch 10 is structured so that a sprag 17 and a retainer 15 to retain it 17 are installed between the cylindrical inner surface 12 of the outer ring 11 of the bearing and the cylindrical outer surface 14 of its inner ring 13. in which a cylindrical roller bearing 20 fitted with a single-sided seal is installed on one side about the axial direction of the one-way clutch 10 while a ball bearing 30 fitted with a single-sided seal is installed on the other side about the axial direction. The outer ring 11 of the one-way clutch 10 and the outer rings of the cylindrical roller bearing 20 and ball bearing 30 are formed as one common member, while the inner ring 13 of the one-way clutch 10 and the inner rings of the cylindrical roller bearing 20 and ball bearing 30 are formed as a common member, so that the number of components is reduced. Further, the inside diameter of the outer raceway surface 23 of the cylindrical roller bearing 20 is made the same as that of the cylindrical inside surface 12 while the outside diameter of the inner raceway surface 24 is made identical to that of the cylindrical outside surface 14, so as to enable simultaneous processing, thereby reducing the processing cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
