<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector for an optical semiconductor which has superior resistance to ultraviolet rays, thermal resistance, and ultraviolet-rays reflectivity. <P>SOLUTION: The reflector for the optical semiconductor comprises a stack of a base made of a composition containing anatase type titanium dioxide and a reflective layer made of a composition containing components (1) and (2): (1) 40 to 80 mass% of a thermosetting compound and/or a photosetting compound, and (2) 20 to 60 mass% of hollow particles made of a material having a transmittance of ≥50% to ultraviolet ray of 350 nm in wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
