PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule-treating device capable of extremely shortening the treating time of granules by unifying the supply of a treating gas. SOLUTION: The granule-treating device 1 is equipped with a container 2, a treating vessel 3 and a gas-introducing pipe 13. The container 2 has a charging port 9 for charging the granules into the inside. The treating vessel 3 receives the granules charged from the charging port 9. The treating vessel 3 has a shape tapered toward the lower part. At least the lower part of the treating vessel 3 is made of a material allowing the permeation of a treating gas for treating the granules.
