PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that enables dynamic performance display for increasing amusement by achieving three-dimensional visual effect giving an image of three-dimensional characters observed as if they are moving forward and backward on a multiplex image screen. SOLUTION: Display screens BF1-BF4 are consecutively displayed for carrying out forward and backward movement performance display of the three dimensional character on a front and a rear screens, for example, a moving display in which the character appears small at first and gradually approaches and is enlarged. In this display processing, the character is displayed as a whole in one of the screens (BF1), and thereafter a part (a body part or the like) of the character is displayed on the other screen and an object missing the part is displayed on one of the screens (BF2 and BF3). Thereby, the part of the character is displayed on the front screen and the remaining parts are displayed on the rear screen so as to obtain a multiplex image and to achieve false three-dimensional vision.
