PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a driver's intention to control actions of an electric instrument even in failure or communication failure while restraining costs, in regard to a control device of a vehicular electric instrument suitable for a head lamp and a wiper of a vehicle such as an automobile. SOLUTION: This device includes an action request means 1 for outputting action requests of an electric equipment 3 of a vehicle based on operations of an operator, a control means 2 connected with the action request means 1 and controlling actions of the electric equipment 3 based on the action requests of the electric instrument 3, and a hazard lamp switch 4 connected with the control means 2 and switching on and off a hazard lamp. The control means 2 controls the actions of the electric instrument 3 based on operation information of the hazard lamp switch 4 when it is determined that the action request means 1 is out of order.
