PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition giving a cured material excellent in heat resistance, light resistance and transparency, and to provide a cured material excellent in heat resistance, light resistance and transparency obtained by curing the above curable composition. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises, as essential components, (A) an organic compound having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds having reactivity with an SiH group in one molecule, (B) a hydrosilylation catalyst and (C) a compound having two or more SiH groups in one molecule.
