<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant cavity width-widening implement capable of allowing an implant treatment to be performed even to a maxillary bone of small width in order to widely confer a favor to patients abandoning implantation, and to provide an implement unaffected by the technique of a doctor. <P>SOLUTION: The implant cavity width-widening implement forms a cavity, to which an implantation can be performed, by performing widening in at least one direction between the longitudinal and outer peripheral direction of the implant cavity concerning the unfinished implant cavity which is formed in an alveolus bone by a perforator for the dental implant treatment.
