PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium intercom system to output imaged videos of a relevant house entrance unit camera and of a common use part camera for imaging a common use part to a monitor provided in a central entrance unit when a fire breaks out in a house. SOLUTION: The central entrance unit 1 includes the monitor 15 to output video imaged by the house entrance unit camera 21, a control unit 5, when a fire sensor 6 senses a fire, starts the house entrance unit camera 21, transmit its video signal to the central entrance unit 1, and causes the central entrance unit monitor 15 to output the imaged video, and also obtains relevant resident information from a resident information storing part 35 and causes the central entrance unit monitor 15 to display the relevant resident information.
