PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spintronics chip which is manufactured inexpensively and allows the magnitude and direction of magnetic field applied on the chip to be estimated by recording the magnetic field applied on the chip in a nonvolatile manner. SOLUTION: In the spintronics chip 1, a circuit section 2 including an element using spintronics, and TMR elements 3, each of which consists of a free layer 5 and a pinned layer 6 laminated via a tunnel film 7, are placed on the single spintronics chip 1.
