PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust air re-suction preventing apparatus for housing mounting racks which can prevent the deterioration of cooling efficiency of a housing caused by exhaust air coming around to the front face of the housing. SOLUTION: A push air flow producing apparatus 4 which forms an air curtain A1 of the direction toward a front face 1a side of a housing mounting rack 1 by sucking air in the back face 1b side of the housing mounting rack 1 is provided in the top face of the housing mounting rack 1 to prevent warm air exhausted in the back face 2b side of a housing 21 from coming around to the front face 2a of the housing 21 and being re-sucked in. Further, by making the layout so that the push air producing apparatuses 4, 4 of the adjacent housing mounting racks 11, 12 are used as a push unit and a pull unit in forming the air curtain A1, the air curtain A1 between the housing mounting racks 11, 12 is made to be solid, preventing efficiently the warm air staying in the back face 2b of the housing 21 from coming around to the front face side 2a of the housing 21.
