PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure for an internal combustion engine capable of avoiding a situation in which abnormal noise is generated by pressure of exhaust gas flowing in an Ai port even if a secondary air supply device is not equipped when a cylinder head is shared between an engine equipped with the secondary air supply device and an engine not equipped with the same. SOLUTION: When the cylinder head 1 having an Ai port opening part 51 formed adjacently to an exhaust port opening part 41, a gasket 2 including a first opening zone corresponding to the exhaust port opening part 41, a second opening zone corresponding to the Ai port opening part 51, and a continuous opening zone over these opening zones is applied. Consequently, exhaust gas flowing through the Ai port can be discharged toward a branch pipe 31 through each opening zone, and vibration of the gasket 2 due to pressure of exhaust gas can be prevented.
