PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing device capable of preventing the generation of a plate cylinder rotational fluctuation caused by the temperature change of ink. SOLUTION: In the stencil printing device 1 having the plate cylinder 11 rotatably driven by a drive motor 56 and an ink feeding means 46 for feeding ink to the plate cylinder 11 and carrying out printing by pushing and pressing a sheet P to the plate cylinder 11 by means of a pressing means 12, an ink temperature detecting means 54 for measuring the temperature of the ink is installed, and the pulse width T of the drive motor 56 is changed from the detecting result by the ink temperature detecting means 54.
