PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively separate and remove cutting chips included in a cutting fluid after cutting, and to efficiently clean a bottom part of a recovery tank. SOLUTION: A cutting fluid filter forms: first and second flow passage forming bodies 20, 30 including connected plates 21, 31 disposed along a sidewall surface of the recovery tank 11 in parallel to each other, and a plurality of elongated partitioning plates 22, 32 of which the one ends are fixed at the connected plates 21, 31 and which are disposed at a right angle to the connected plates 21, 31 and disposed in a direction parallel to the connected plates 21, 31 at a proper interval; and a cutting fluid passage 40 provided with a plurality of notch parts 23, 33 formed at an either end part of a plurality of the notch parts 23, 33, formed at an end part on an opposite side in which the notch parts 23, 33 of the adjacent partitioning plates 22, 32 among a plurality of the notch parts 23, 33 are apart from each other, the cutting fluid passage 40 which meanders in a horizontal direction together with the first and second flow passage forming bodies 20, 30, and a plurality of the notch parts 23, 33.
