PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that stay of bubbles takes place in a region where a liquid stagnates in consequence of sudden change of a flow of the liquid, concretely, stay of bubbles frequently takes place in a region where the flow of the liquid changes nearly at right angles or in the vicinity of a corner part, and that how the liquid flows changes if the bubbles stay in a pressure chamber or in a feeding channel, causing decrease of a drawing quality. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head 110 includes the pressure chambers 114, a nozzle plate 115 united with the pressure chambers 114, a reservoir 111, a thin film material 112 formed of a resinous thin plate with flexibility for balancing oscillation of the ink brought about in the reservoir 111, and piezoelectric elements 117 which apply a pressure to the pressure chambers 114 in cooperation with the thin film material 112. Since the corner parts of the pressure chambers 114 and the reservoir 111 have an angular R shape, stay of the bubbles can be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
