PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-steaming apparatus uniformly and stably supplying a fixed quantity of steam medicament. SOLUTION: A micro-steam generator is installed near the bottom part opening of a liquid storage container, liquid in the storage container to be supplied is micro-steamed, a sensor monitors a change in an electric characteristic whether or not the liquid in the storage container is in contact with the micro-steam generator, the change in the electric characteristic is transmitted to a controller, and the controller executes an operation and controls to operate or stop the micro-steam generator and, when the micro-steam generator stops the operation, simultaneously therewith, the controller starts an alarm device to emit a warning signal.
