The present invention relates to a clamping lock for a chuck S having a stop dog 5 comprising a shaped stop surface 18, having comb element 8 pivotally supported about a pivot axis 7, comprising a circumferential surface segment associated with the stop surface 18 of the stop stud 5, and having a clamping slot 20 bounded on opposite sides by the stop surface 18 of the stop stud 5 and the circumferential surface segment 24 of the comb element 8 for feeding through the chuck S. The clamping lock according to the invention ensures gentle clamping with high reliability in the clamped state and simplified handling. Said aim is achieved in that the circumferential segment 24 of the comb element 8 associated with the stop surface 18 of the stop stud 5 is shaped to be complementary to the stop surface 8 of the stop stud 5, and a support segment 28 is formed on the comb element 8 and supports the comb element 8 against the stop stud 5 when it is pivoted against the stop stud 5. |
