An elastic spring bollard is provided to bend by traverse pressure and restore its original position by the elastic force and to keep the adhesion force of a high-brightness reflective paper for a long term. An elastic spring bollard comprises a base(10) whose bottom part is buried under the ground, an elastic member(20) including an elastic deformation part and fixed to a base in order to elastically support a main body to the base, the main body(30) which is combined on the other side of the elastic member to bend and restore together with the elastic deformation part, and a reflector part reflecting light on the exterior of the main body. The reflector part is composed of a high brightness reflective sheet(41) reflecting the light of electric lamp of vehicle and sunlight and a reflective sheet sticking groove formed on the exterior the main body.
