A method for preparing noodles containing Kalopanax pictus extract, mulberry root extract and Astragali Radix extract is provided to supply both nutritive elements including vitamins, glucose and cellulose and a medicinal effect of herbs. A method for preparing noodles comprises the following steps of: adding medicinal herbs to flour and kneading them; aging the dough; making noodles using a noodle-making machine; and preparing a soup for the noodles and putting a garnish such as small pieces of Sarcodon aspratus, tissue cultured wild ginseng, jujube and gingko on the noodles. The medicinal herbs contain Kalopanax pictus extract, mulberry root extract and Astragali Radix extract in a ratio of 1:1:0.5. 100-200g of Sarcodon aspratus, 50-100g of tissue cultured wild ginseng and 20g of jujube and gingko are added to 1kg of noodles. The noodles represent knife-cut noodles, Udong, Chinese-style noodles or wheat flakes in a clear soup.
