MICROARRAY CHIP AND METHOD FOR DETECTION OF CHROMOSOMAL ABNORMALITY

A microarray for detecting chromosomal abnormality and a detection method are provided to diagnose diseases related to chromosomal abnormality using a microarray chip. A microarray chip for detecting chromosomal abnormality comprises pooled probe set which is fixed to spot on a substrate. A method for detecting chromosomal abnormality comprises: a step of preparing a microarray chip; a step of labeling a test sample DNA and reference DNA with each different label; a step of hybridizing DNA fragments with probe of spot; a step of measuring signal intensity from each probe set; and a step of comparing the signal intensities of test sample DNA and reference DNA.
