<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of further prolonging an available time of a function of which the remaining power of a battery becomes for a user set time, and ensuring functions in an order of priorities by prioritizing three of more functions. <P>SOLUTION: As functions, there are a motion picture reproducing function, speech function, mail function and camera function and each of the functions includes one of or both a normal mode during which performance is high but power consumption is relatively increased, and a power saving mode during which performance is a little inferior but power consumption is reduced. On the basis of user operation, a control part 2 records on a priority list 31 and a remaining battery power ensuring list 32 a priority and an operation ensured time indicating which function is desired to ensure operation thereof when the remaining power of a battery is reduced.
