摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of coating film by which drying rate is kept higher than that in at least natural drying and capable of improving surface properties and productivity while suppressing even slight uneven drying. <P>SOLUTION: A drying apparatus is divided into a plurality of drying zones and an air supply and discharge means is provided in each of every drying zones. A flow straightening structure formed by arranging one or more plate-like members each having a plurality of holes and an air supply part having curved part are arranged inside in the air supply and discharge means side. The length L0 of a linear part between a curved part outlet and the flow straightening structure is expressed by L0&le;(10 to 40)D/5 (in laminar flow) and L0&le;(0.065ReD)/5 (in turbulent flow), where D is a pipe diameter and Re is a Reynolds number.
